THE EMBERS OF TRICICLO

We have recovered a historic premises in the Barrio de Las Letras, seeking to commit to a

simple cuisine and faithful to the origins, and for this reason we return to the embers, and to the usual grills.

At SUA we take great care of the product,   we select local producers with special care, which allow us to create dishes with seasonal products, always betting on sustainable gastronomy.

A pure and traditional cuisine that reminds us of our stage  of training in the Basque country. 

We want to share with you what we have felt there when eating.
